Welcome To The Meticulous Tri-County Roofers
Our Focus On Flawlessness, Devotion To Detail, And Sky-High
Standards Give You IMPECCABLE Results
We’re the Tri-County roofers with a discerning eye for detail and a fixation on following rules. A high-quality, long-lasting roof doesn’t happen by chance. It’s the result of precise workmanship and strict adherence to installation guidelines.
And we have both of those qualities – in spades.
Done Right The First Time
We don’t ever want to get a call from you to fix something we should’ve installed better the first time around. That’s why we have a foolproof system for quality control. Our project manager stops by the job site periodically to ensure that everything goes smoothly and troubleshoots any issues. This way, we can nip any problems in the bud.
Our project manager also does a final walk-through with the customer before completing the job. This is when the project manager will address all concerns and questions the customer might have. The customer only signs off on our completion certificate after ascertaining that they are 100% happy with the job.
Roofing is not the kind of field where you can go it alone – despite what some Chucks in trucks might think. Roofing products are created to be assembled in a very specific way. If you don’t follow the proper guidelines, it doesn’t matter how great the product is – the final result will be a disaster.
That’s why Banes Roofing follows EVERY single manufacturer guideline. When manufacturers inspect our work, we pass with flying colors. Because good enough is NEVER good enough for us.
The Devil Is In The Details
When installing your roof, details matter A LOT. At Banes Roofing, we pay attention to the things other roofing companies overlook.
Here are five examples of our focus on detail:
If you ask us to put your new roof on top of your old one – we’ll politely decline the job. Because when we put your roof on, we do it RIGHT.
Most roofing companies start installing shingles right at the roof’s edge, but we leave a 1/2-1 inch overhang to prevent water damage.
We use no less than four to six nails on every shingle.
We THINK about nail patterns. We make sure to put the first nail an inch away from the seam to prevent leaks and space the nails out evenly to secure the entire shingle.
Some roofers pump a load of caulk where something should be flashed – but we take flashing seriously. We take the time to properly install metal material around vulnerable areas of your roof.
A Codependent Relationship
You can say that workmanship and materials have a codependent relationship. The quality of the product hinges on the quality of the workmanship – and vice versa. If you want to have a top-quality roof, it needs to be made of top-quality stuff. That’s why we ONLY stick with products proven to be durable and long-lasting and that are backed by excellent warranties.
You might be wondering why we’re so obsessed with detail. Here’s why:
The difference between a roof that performs exceptionally and a roof that falls apart at the seams is ONE minor installation standard that’s ignored, ONE cut corner, and ONE overlooked error. It adds up fast.
At Banes Roofing, we don’t let that ONE slip-up happen.
